Nutrition
-
The food and drinks that you consume fuel your life. With steep declines in the nutrient density of the foods we eat today versus the foods eaten even 50 years ago, we need to be much more cognizant of the foods we buy and consume on a daily basis versus the generations that came before us. Improving the quality of the food you eat can help to reduce the quantity of food you need if your nutrient needs are being met. The foods you eat now can have a lasting impact on your future health.

Prioritize whole foods, and shop locally grown, regenerative and organic whenever possible
Prioritize removing polyunsaturated fats (seed oils) from diet and replacing them with saturated fats like grass-fed butter, grass-fed beef tallow and coconut oil
If possible, prioritize re-mineralized reverse osmosis filtered water
Prioritize minimizing your food being in contact with plastic to reduce the consumption of microplastics which are harmful to your body and especially your brain
